About eDocket

The eDocket system, a web-based application, was designed, developed, and implemented by the ACC to process and manage case information pertaining to the Commission's official dockets and rule-making proceedings, referred to herein as cases or dockets.


Filings can now be made electronically using the ACC Portal in all dockets other than those involving Proceedings of the Power Plant and Transmission Line Siting Committee.


Paper copies of eFiled documents are not required except for the following eFiled in a Class A or B rate case:

For these, 8 copies must be delivered to the Commission's Docket Control on the same date eFiling occurs.

Follow a Docket

Stay up to date on any docket. The new ACC Portal Online Services dashboard allows you to choose any docket and receive status notifications on the docket.

To sign up you must create an ACC Portal account. Once the account is created, visit the My Dockets page. From there you can search for the docket(s) you wish you receive notifications for and add them to your list.
