Background and Organization
Article 15 of the Arizona Constitution establishes the Arizona Corporation Commission. Only 7 states have constitutionally formed Commissions. Arizona is one of only 13 states with elected Commissioners. In the 37 other states, Commissioners are appointed by either the governor or the legislature. more

Pursuant to A.R.S. § 38-431.02(A)(1), notices of open meetings are posted in the public lobby of the Commission located at 1200 West Washington, Phoenix, Arizona, which offices are open to the public from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, except legal holidays. In addition all notices can be viewed online through the following links:
